Where we are starting

Keep the opportunity moving until the repair is confirmed.

The first product workflow connects FIXUpLeads and QuickFIXestimate around a clear commercial milestone. Advertising and voice are entry channels; the customer's context continues through the proposal and decision.

Planned workflow · two initial product priorities

What is a Repair Event?

A Repair Event is created when a customer confirms the repair through the required down payment.

It is a commercial milestone, distinct from a completed repair, vehicle delivery or fully collected repair revenue.

FIXLine is the telephone channel. EON Voice supports intake. Their planned connection to FIXUpLeads does not make them separate lead-management products.

  1. AI-assisted ads

Bring a relevant offer to the right customer and preserve the source of the inquiry.

  2. EON 2FIX / Voice Intake

Capture the customer's need in English or Spanish through FIXLine. Forms, messages, email and other channels can also initiate an opportunity.

  3. FIXUpLeads

Give the inquiry an owner, a source, the relevant context and an accountable next action.

  4. QuickFIXestimate

Use photographs and available information to prepare a preliminary estimate and repair strategy for professional review.

  5. A clear next step

Explain the proposal, address questions and record the customer's decision with the receiving provider.

  6. Required down payment

Confirm the repair through the required down payment under the provider's agreed commercial conditions.

  7. Repair Event

Create the confirmed commercial handoff for the repair. Physical check-in, final scope, repair authorizations and execution still have their own requirements.

A disciplined first build

Leads and QuickFIXestimate come first.

The first build will connect opportunity management with preliminary estimating. Campaigns and the existing intake channel provide context; the full ADS, operations and network products remain later scope.

A preliminary proposal helps a customer understand possible options. Inspection, hidden damage, part compatibility and technical procedures still require appropriate professional assessment.

The commercial loop

Measure progress toward confirmed work.

The validation plan follows the journey from source to inquiry, proposal, follow-up and Repair Event. Calls and estimates are useful activity measures, while the confirmed customer commitment gives the commercial workflow a more concrete outcome.

The receiving business must also examine whether work is appropriate for its capacity and whether the economics are viable. Conversion alone does not establish repair quality or profitability.
