Privacy notice
A clear purpose for the information you share.
This notice describes the contact form and browsing features of MasterFIXs.tech. For a question about information you have sent, email go@tofixup.com.

Information you choose to provide
The form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. Organization and role are optional. These details are used to understand the inquiry, respond to it and continue the relevant project conversation.
The form does not request attachments, payment information or private customer repair records. Sending a project inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Delivery and confirmation
The hosting service and configured email provider process your message for delivery to go@tofixup.com. Your email address is used as the reply address. After delivery is accepted for the team, the system also attempts a transactional confirmation to the address you provided.
If the form cannot confirm delivery, your fields remain available in the browser and you can use the direct email alternative. A link that opens your email application requires you to send the message from that application.
Temporary recovery and technical records
The form uses a session cookie and request identifiers to validate submissions and reduce duplicate delivery. Submission limits use derived identifiers for connection and email addresses; those limit records do not store the message text.
Requests that cannot be delivered may be kept in protected server storage to support recovery. Recovery records expire after seven days and are removed during the next cleanup run or form-processing cycle. Technical logs record operational codes and a request reference, without the submitted message or email credentials.
Correspondence successfully received by the project is managed in the receiving mailbox. Its retention is managed by the project operator and the relevant service providers.
Aggregate website measurement
The site can record aggregate counts of page views, contact actions, form outcomes and public-brief downloads on its own hosting account. These counters do not include names, email addresses, message text, IP addresses, full referring addresses, URL query strings or persistent visitor identifiers.
This measurement does not load Google, Meta or other external analytics scripts. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals when enabled. The hosting service may maintain its own access and technical logs separately.
Questions about your information
Contact go@tofixup.com to ask about information associated with your inquiry. Include enough context to identify the relevant conversation without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
The product descriptions on this site explain planned capabilities and their current stage. The public evidence section uses aggregate operating information and does not expose underlying customer records.
Confirmation page in your browser
After a successful submission, the browser may temporarily keep a request reference and acknowledgement status in session storage so it can show the confirmation page. It does not store your name, email address or message there.
