The ToFIXUp platform

One connected vision. Clear responsibilities.

The platform is being designed around the work that connects a customer's need with a reliable repair. Each product has a defined role; the first implementation priorities are FIXUpLeads and QuickFIXestimate.

The software modules below are planned. Their role descriptions do not imply live integrations or general availability. Operating status is reserved for the existing MasterFIXs business and the defined scope of FIXLine.

19 components shown

Demand and Conversion

Give each opportunity the context and follow-through it needs.

ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpLeads

Initial focus

Organize customer opportunities, source attribution, conversations and follow-up in one commercial record.

Scope and role

Connect the inquiry with its preliminary proposal, responsible person and next action. Follow the customer's decision through the required down payment and confirmed Repair Event.

EON support: EONLeads · EON Voice · FIXLine
ApplicationPlanned

QuickFIXestimate

Initial focus

Prepare a preliminary estimate and repair strategy from photographs and available vehicle information.

Scope and role

Support professional review of options, planned cost and capacity. A later role will help shape approved offers for different customer segments. The preliminary proposal remains subject to inspection and a detailed technical scope.

EON support: EONParts · EONPaint
ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpADS

Connect demand research, approved offers and campaign attribution with the lead workflow.

Scope and role

Carry the campaign's source into FIXUpLeads so the team can examine which activities lead to confirmed repair work. People approve offers and commercial commitments.

EON support: EONTrends

Shop Operations

Make the confirmed work, its people and its decisions easier to coordinate.

ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpFlow

Coordinate repair execution, authorizations, parts, custody, progress, quality checks and delivery.

Scope and role

Receive the confirmed commercial handoff and maintain the operational record as the work proceeds. Each stage requires the information and professional approval appropriate to that task.

EON support: EONSupplies · EONTools · EONAdjuster
ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpCaptain

Give the people managing the business a shared view of demand, capacity, responsibilities and decisions.

Scope and role

Provide the coordination view around the applications, beginning with the decisions needed by the first workflow. Broader administrative and network functions remain later scope.

ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpCrew

Connect skills, availability and learning with the work people can responsibly carry out.

Scope and role

Support technicians, painters and other professionals as participants in a shared network. The application would organize people and capability while Flow holds the repair's operational progress.

Optional modulePlanned

FIXUpEstimate

Support detailed technical estimates, revisions and supplements within the Flow work plan.

Scope and role

This is a separate role from QuickFIXestimate's preliminary proposal. A shop can continue to use an appropriate existing detailed-estimating system; no vendor integration or partnership is implied.

EON support: EONAdjuster

Customer Relationship

Make the relationship useful before, during and after the repair.

ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpClub

Bring customer communication, preferences, useful records, benefits and referrals into one relationship.

Scope and role

Journey belongs inside FIXUpClub. It will explain progress and next steps using information from the operational workflow. Ordinary repair service remains separate from any future membership offer.

Layer within FIXUpClubPlanned

Journey Layer

Explain the customer's repair progress, upcoming steps and relevant decisions.

Scope and role

Use the repair information in Flow to support clear communication, with responsibilities and timing confirmed by the service provider.

Planned record capabilityPlanned

Vehicle Passport

Connect relevant vehicle and service information with an understandable customer record.

Scope and role

Define appropriate access, permissions and data responsibilities before connecting records across the network.

Network and Infrastructure

Connect local execution with shared resources and accountable coordination.

Planned capabilityPlanned

FIXUpPartsSync

Coordinate parts information, availability and sourcing with the planned repair.

Scope and role

Its relationship with estimating, suppliers and Flow will be defined through implementation. Compatibility and availability require appropriate verification.

EON support: EONParts
ApplicationPlanned

FIXUpCourt

Give concerns and service incidents a clear record, an accountable reviewer and a path to follow-up.

Scope and role

Support evidence and human resolution. The product does not issue legal rulings or promise automatic compensation.

Planned capabilityPlanned

FIXUpGuard

Keep vehicle custody and security responsibilities visible across participating locations.

Scope and role

Its scope will be developed alongside Flow, physical controls and incident review before implementation.

Network modelLong-term vision

Intake Nodes

Reach customers through suitable partner locations for intake, photographs and initial orientation.

Scope and role

These would be acquisition and preparation points, with permissions and operating protocols defined for each location. They are separate from production facilities.

Network modelLong-term vision

Provider Network

Connect customer demand with participating professionals and suitable repair infrastructure.

Scope and role

Expand through demonstrated service quality, workable economics and accountable coordination. The operating network beyond MasterFIXs has not been established by this presentation.

ColorLab

Explore color, finish documentation and practical support for refinishing decisions.

Scope and role

Research scope will follow useful operating questions and appropriate testing.
