Operating origin
Learn from MasterFIXs' existing intake, estimating and customer communication. These activities precede the planned ToFIXUp software.
Pilot and validation strategy
The first validation plan will examine whether connected lead management and preliminary estimating improve the continuity of customer-pay body and paint opportunities in existing independent workshops.
A staged validation plan
Learn from MasterFIXs' existing intake, estimating and customer communication. These activities precede the planned ToFIXUp software.
Examine operating records and discussions with independent professionals to define the first useful scope and its assumptions.
Build and test the connected FIXUpLeads and QuickFIXestimate workflow in a bounded setting with human review.
Agree scope, responsibilities, data handling and measures with selected businesses before a pilot begins.
Pilot scope, timing, access and terms will be agreed directly. This page does not announce a deployed software pilot or assume performance improvements in advance.
What we intend to measure
The pilot plan begins with the work people do today, then examines what changes when the workflow is connected.
How long does it take to give an inquiry an appropriate first response?
How much time and review are needed to produce a useful preliminary proposal?
Can the team see the responsible person, the customer's decision and the next step?
What is the total time spent by everyone involved, including any new shared-service work?
Which opportunities reach the required down payment and confirmed commercial handoff?
Does the customer understand the preliminary scope, its limits and the next decision?
Work with ToFIXUp
An independent workshop handling customer-pay body and paint inquiries, with someone responsible for intake, estimating and follow-up. The most useful starting point is a team willing to document its current process and review the results with us.
