For automotive businesses

Keep your craft at the center. Strengthen the work around it.

ToFIXUp is being designed to give independent operators access to shared intake, preliminary estimating, customer follow-up and coordination. The first validation focus is customer-pay body and paint work in existing workshops.

Initial validation focus

Independent workshops

A more continuous path between the incoming inquiry, the preliminary proposal and the decision to repair. Examine whether shared support reduces interruptions and makes follow-up easier to sustain.

Later network scope

Technicians and painters

A future way to connect professional skills and available time with organized demand and suitable facilities. Technical responsibility stays with the people qualified to carry out the work.

Long-term vision

Mobile service and auto care

A longer-term extension of the same coordination problem: understanding the request, matching it to the right capability and maintaining a clear customer relationship.

Long-term vision

Infrastructure partners

A future role for appropriate bays, equipment and facilities within a managed network, with responsibilities and service conditions agreed before work is accepted.

What we want to improve

More continuity, less information to reconstruct.

A customer should not have to start over each time someone else takes the conversation. The team should be able to see the information received, the proposal prepared and the next action expected.

That is the first practical test: whether the workflow helps both the customer and the people doing the work. We will measure the total effort involved, including any new coordination tasks.

Professional responsibility

Your judgment remains essential.

Preliminary estimating can organize a conversation, but it cannot establish every repair requirement from photographs. Final scope, safety decisions, authorized procedures, prices and commitments require the responsible professional's review.

Existing detailed-estimating tools can remain part of a shop's process. The first ToFIXUp workflow is designed around the preliminary commercial stage and a responsible handoff.

A network perspective

Learn together, then expand what can be shared.

The long-term model connects independent participants through shared capabilities. MasterFIXs Academy, the product suite and participating infrastructure would support that network over time.

The initial invitation is to discuss the problem and a bounded pilot. Availability, pricing and participation terms will be defined with the scope of each validated offering.
