At MasterFIXs, a working day can move from a customer call to a preliminary estimate, from locating a part to preparing a surface or coordinating the next repair. ToFIXUp grew from the need to make that information and responsibility easier to carry between people.
Inside the operation
The workshop gave the product its questions.
Ferley founded MasterFIXs Collision Repair in December 2024. Its operation in Kent, Washington has given him direct experience with customer acquisition, English and Spanish intake, estimating, insurance coordination, customer-pay work, refinishing and shop management.
The opportunity became clear when technical work and administrative attention competed for the same person. ToFIXUp's first products focus on the commercial process surrounding the repair, while keeping professional decisions accountable.
A systems perspective
Connect information with the person who needs it next.
Ferley's earlier experience includes information systems, databases, call-center operations, design, communication and team coordination. That background shapes the platform's attention to context: what was received, what needs a decision and who is responsible.
His experience in graphic design and programming complements the practical work of running a repair business. He is currently studying artificial intelligence through The Big School in Madrid.
Building the company
Turn operating experience into a capability others can use.
MasterFIXs provides the operating origin. ToFIXUp's next responsibility is to build useful software and test whether it helps other independent businesses under real conditions.
Ferley is seeking technical collaborators, pilot operators and early-stage partners who want to examine that work and help shape the first product workflow.
Professional background is presented from the founder's account. Current AI studies are in progress.
