ToFIXUp · Built from the repair floor

The AI operating layer for independent automotive businesses.

ToFIXUp is building a connected path from customer demand to a confirmed repair. We are starting with bilingual intake, lead management and preliminary estimating, informed by the daily work of MasterFIXs Collision Repair.

The problem

Technical skill needs an operating system around it.

An independent technician can repair the vehicle. Keeping up with calls, photographs, estimates, follow-up and approvals is a different workload. A small team often has to carry both at once.

The broader problem

Demand, talent and capacity remain disconnected.

Customers need a clear repair path. Skilled professionals need dependable demand and access to suitable resources. Independent businesses need coordination they can sustain.

The first problem we will address

Good opportunities lose momentum before work is confirmed.

A promising inquiry can stall between the first conversation, a preliminary proposal and the customer's decision. Our first workflow is designed to keep that opportunity moving with context and an accountable next step.

Our aim is to share the administrative capability around the work, so small teams have more capacity to serve customers and carry out repairs.

Where we are starting

Two products. One measurable commercial outcome.

FIXUpLeads will organize the customer opportunity. QuickFIXestimate will prepare the preliminary proposal and repair strategy. Together, they form the first product focus, from inquiry through follow-up to a confirmed Repair Event.

FIXUpLeadsQuickFIXestimate

Both products are planned. The current focus is scope and workflow validation.

Follow the Initial Workflow
  1. AI-assisted ads

Bring a relevant offer to the right customer and preserve the source of the inquiry.

  2. EON 2FIX / Voice Intake

Capture the customer's need in English or Spanish through FIXLine. Forms, messages, email and other channels can also initiate an opportunity.

  3. FIXUpLeads

Give the inquiry an owner, a source, the relevant context and an accountable next action.

  4. QuickFIXestimate

Use photographs and available information to prepare a preliminary estimate and repair strategy for professional review.

  5. A clear next step

Explain the proposal, address questions and record the customer's decision with the receiving provider.

  6. Required down payment

Confirm the repair through the required down payment under the provider's agreed commercial conditions.

  7. Repair Event

Create the confirmed commercial handoff for the repair. Physical check-in, final scope, repair authorizations and execution still have their own requirements.

A Repair Event confirms the commercial commitment through the required down payment. Repair execution and final technical scope remain separate steps.

Built from real operations

The problem was visible inside MasterFIXs.

MasterFIXs Collision Repair began operating in December 2024. Its work in Kent, Washington brings customer intake, estimating, parts decisions, refinishing, insurance coordination and customer-pay repairs into the same working day.

That experience gives ToFIXUp a practical place to start: the information people need, the interruptions they manage and the decisions that must remain accountable. The next task is to test whether the resulting tools help other independent operators.

Operating experience belongs to MasterFIXs. ToFIXUp software adoption and revenue are not established by these records.

ToFIXUpThe connected future

Why independent businesses

Give a small team more of the capability around the repair.

Reception, estimating support, marketing and customer communication all require time and context. ToFIXUp's design brings those responsibilities into a coordinated service layer that a network can share.

People remain responsible for technical judgments, pricing approvals, safety and commitments to customers.

The wider platform

A complete vision, built in useful stages.

The suite gives each responsibility a place. The first two product priorities stay in focus while operations, customer relationships and network capabilities remain visible in the work plan.

03Customer RelationshipPlanned

Make the relationship useful before, during and after the repair.

04Network and InfrastructurePlanned

The next proof

Test the workflow before expanding the promise.

The initial validation plan will examine response time, estimate preparation, follow-up continuity, administrative effort and progression to a Repair Event. Results will guide the next product decisions.

The long-term vision

Connect automotive demand, talent and infrastructure.

Collision repair is our starting point. The longer-term opportunity includes independent auto care, painters, detailers, mobile technicians, participating facilities and suppliers.

ToFIXUp is designed to grow into a managed network: a clear customer relationship supported by shared coordination and local technical execution. Intake nodes and participating providers would help the network reach customers beyond a single workshop.
